The Journey

DAY 01

Into the Sierra Baguales

The journey begins with a drive north across the Patagonian steppe, trading the everyday for the wide, empty country of the Baguales. As the light lengthens, camp appears — the exclusive Baguales Glamping, home for your first two nights.

DAY 02

First Ride in Sierra Baguales

Your first hours in the saddle unfold gently through the valleys and rolling grasslands of the Sierra Baguales — time to find your rhythm with your Criollo horse as the vast, untamed country opens around you.

DAY 03

Over the Mountains to Las Chinas

The trail climbs to the high country that divides the ranges, cresting the wildest heights of the week before dropping into the remote Las Chinas Valley. The day ends the Patagonian way — a lamb asado al palo turning slowly over the fire.

DAY 04

Toward the Towers: Laguna Azul

The open valley draws you toward Torres del Paine and the first glimpse of the granite towers on the horizon. Lunch waits on the shore of Laguna Azul, the Torres mirrored in the water — a moment that stays with you.

DAY 05

Across Torres del Paine

A day riding deep inside the national park, on remote trails few ever see, the Paine Massif revealing itself at every turn. This is Torres del Paine from the saddle — wild, silent and entirely your own.

DAY 06

Grey Glacier

The ride opens onto Lago Grey before you trade horses for a boat, sailing out among drifting icebergs toward the shining blue face of Grey Glacier — the breathtaking crescendo of the journey.

DAY 07

Farewell to Patagonia

A final morning in the wild, then the road home along the Río Serrano, winding past rivers, lakes and southern forests — carrying Patagonia’s horizons with you long after the ride is over.

Accommodation

Exclusive Baguales Glamping domes with private bathrooms, an authentic working estancia, a cozy mountain-view house, and two nights at the Río Serrano Hotel — comfort in the heart of the wild.
