You tell us what you have in mind
A telephone call, or an email if you prefer. How long you have, when you can come, who is coming with you, and how much of the day you want to spend on a horse. If you do not know yet, that is a fine place to start.

We write it, and you change it
We send you a route: the country you will cross, the nights, the hours in the saddle. Then you tell us what is wrong with it. Most people move something. Some people move everything.

And then it is yours
The horses are chosen for the riders who are coming. The dates are the ones you gave us. No one else joins. From the morning we collect you to the evening we return you, the week belongs to your group and to nobody else.
What it asks of you
Only that you know what you want
The riding can be gentle or it can be long — that is the point of the thing. What we cannot change is the country: open ground, river crossings, weather that arrives without warning. You should be secure at walk, trot and canter.
If someone in your group rides less well than the others, say so early. We will build the days around them rather than ask them to keep up.
And if you are not sure what you want, telephone us. That conversation is the first part of the journey, and it costs nothing.
What is arranged for you
Everything, once it is decided
Where you sleep depends on where you ride. An estancia, a lodge, a dome on the steppe, a tent beside the horses — or a room with a door that locks and a bath. Tell us which of those you want, and which you would rather never see again.
Who comes with you
Only the people you bring. This journey is never shared, never joined, and never sold twice.

There is nothing to download
The other journeys have an itinerary because they have already been ridden. This one has a telephone number, because it has not.
Good to know
How far ahead should I write?
Earlier than you think. The horses, the estancias and the guides are all finite, and the best weeks go first.
How do I hold a place?
A deposit of thirty per cent confirms it, once the route is agreed. The balance is due sixty days before you ride.
And if the weather turns?
We change the route, not the days. The weather decides some things. Everything else is already decided.
